Richard is pleased to announce his new title: Composer In Residence to the Platinum Consort. He is delighted to formalise this relationship - which goes back seven years to the consort's founding and first concert - in this way, and is very excited about the collaborations with them planned for the next twelve months, including new works for the Consort for their 2013-14 season and a new song cycle for Platinum Boys' Choir to be premiered in Autumn 2012. Richard's Tenebrae and Platinum Consort commission In The Dark will appear on the album of the same name, which will be released in July 2012 by Resonus Classics.
